
Donald Lockard Member of the Board |
Donald Lockard joined the Easton Suburban Water Authority Board of Directors
in 2006. He currently serves on the Pension, Personnel and the Building and
Properties committees.
Mr. Lockard is a graduate of Franklin and Marshall College with a BS degree in
Geology and a minor in Business.
After serving in the US Army, including a tour of duty in Vietnam, Mr. Lockard
joined Eisenhardt Mills, manufacturers of custom architectural millwork. He is
the owner and has served as its president since 1979. In the 30-plus years of his
tenure, Eisenhardt Mills has completed work for such projects as the restoration
of Independence Hall and the 25-room suite of official offices for the Secretary
and Deputy Secretary of State, Washington, D.C.
In the community, Mr. Lockard has served in many ways, including as a past
District Chairman for the Minsi Trails Council of the Boy Scouts of America, and
as a member and Past President of the Jacob Bachman Easton House Tavern
Association. A long-time member of the Easton Rotary Club, Mr. Lockard has
served terms as a member of the Board of Directors and as President. He also has
been active on the Rotary District Youth Exchange Committee, including a term
as Chairman.
Mr. Lockard is a member of Trinity Episcopal Church where he has served terms
on the Vestry and as Junior and Senior warden.
Don and his wife, Pat, live in Easton. They have two daughters and one adopted
son.
