Timothy A. Cain
Chairman of the Board
Tim Cain was appointed to the Easton Suburban Water Authority Board of Directors in March of 2003 and
was named Chairman of the Board in March 2009. He currently serves as a member of the Finance and Risk
Management committees.
Mr. Cain is Director of Marketing at Kressler, Wolff & Miller in Easton. He is also a licensed insurance
agent, specializing in commercial property and casualty coverage and Long-Term Care insurance.
Before joining Kressler, Wolff & Miller in 1996, he was employedas a manager by a private water utility
company in New Jersey. Previously, he was a radio news director, talk show host and sports commentator.
He attended Baker University, Penn State University and Bloomsburg University.
Mr. Cain is a current board member and past president of the Phillipsburg Area Chamber of Commerce and
the Sales & Marketing Executives of the Greater Lehigh Valley Chamber of Commerce. He is a member and
past president of the Easton Lions Club. He is a former director and Chairman of the Board of the Spring
Garden Childrens' Center of Easton. Previously, he served on the Easton Heritage Day committee and was
chairman in the mid-1980s. He is also a former Chairman of the Easton Salvation Army Board and a former
President of the Pennsylvania AP Broadcasters' Association.
Mr. Cain is a member of the First Presbyterian Church of Easton, where he has served multiple terms
as Deacon and Elder. He and his wife reside in Easton. They have two daughters and five grandchildren.
