Wayne Barefoot
Member of the Board
Wayne Barefoot was appointed to the Easton Suburban Water Authority Board of Directors in March of 2009,
where he serves as a member of the Budget & Finance, Pension and Personnel committees.
Mr. Barefoot is currently the Chief Financial Officer at Victaulic Company, where he as been employed
for the past 33 years. After a seven-year post at Victaulic's office in Toronto, Canada, Mr. Barefoot
relocated to Easton in 1982. He is a graduate of Moravian College, with a degree in American Studies.
Active in the community, Mr. Barefoot has served on the United Way of Lehigh Valley Board for nine years,
during which he served as Treasurer and Chairman of the Finance and Administration Committees. He has also
been a Trustee and served on the Board of Session with College Hill Presbyterian Church and is currently
serving a second term on the Board of Trustees with the church. In addition, he is a former president of
the National Canal Museum. While in that post, he presided over the relocation of the museum to its current
location in Easton. And, he is currently serving on the Board of Directors of The Salvation Army.
Mr. Barefoot and his wife reside in Forks Township. The couple have two children.
