In addition to being a natural and vital resource, water is also an economic resource. It costs money to build, operate and maintain the pipes, pumps and treatment facilities that deliver clean, safe water to your home or business. As our water infrastructure ages, there is also a cost associated with capital investment, equipment replacement, new technology and security enhancement for the protection of public health and safety. The responsibility of paying for construction, operation and maintenance of these facilities falls mainly on the customers of those systems.

Periodically, Easton Suburban Water Authority reviews its rates, costs and systems to make sure that the fees charged are fair and equitable. The amount you pay is directly impacted by the amount of water you use. This section of our web site provides information about how your water consumption is tracked, calculated, charged and billed each quarter. If you have any questions about your water bill, charges or rates, please email us or contact our office at 610-258-7181 Monday through Friday, 8 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.
