Request for Customer Guide
As set forth by the Board of Directors, Easton Suburban Water Authority has established Rules and Regulations
governing water service to customers and related water service facilities. These Rules and Regulations are
part of the contract with every person or company that takes water service, and by taking water service,
every such person or company agrees to be bound to these Rules and Regulations.
The Customer Guide is a summary of the Rules and Regulations. The Guide outlines your responsibilities regarding
your water service as well as our policies and procedures, billing practices, installation requirements, terms
and penalties, and much more.
We are currently in the process of updating the Guide and will have a printable version of it available online
by June 2006. The Guide does not supercede the full version of Easton Suburban Water Authority's Rules and
Regulations. If you would like to review the full version of the Rules and Regulations, please stop by our
