Interruptions

Nobody likes to be without water. We know that, and we do our best to make sure you have an uninterrupted water supply virtually all the time.

Unfortunately, some interruptions are necessary to allow the installation of new services or to carry out maintenance work. We try to plan these types of interruptions to occur at times that will cause the least disruption for the majority of our customers.

If an interruption is planned, we will inform customers in the area when the interruption will occur and about how long it will last. To the extent possible, we will give you at least 24 hours notice notice before the interruption.

Some interruptions cannot be planned. We strive to minimize unplanned service interruptions such as water main breaks, leaks, blockages, and other complications that affect the reliability of your water supply. If there is an unplanned service interruption, you can expect that we will do our best to restore your service as quickly and safely as possible.
