Enjoy the convenience and flexibility of paying your water bill using a credit card or E-Check linked
to your bank account. Easton Suburban Water Authority has contracted Official Payments Corporation for
electronic bill payment services. In order to process your payment, Official Payments Corporation will
charge a nominal convenience fee. E-Check, VISA, MasterCard, Discover, or American Express are accepted.
Please note the following about using this service:
Determine if you want to pay your bill using a credit card or an E-Check linked to your bank account.
You will be directed to the Official Payments processing web site, where you'll be able to make your
payment or access an online fee calculator, frequently asked questions, Customer Service assistance and
more.
Payment of your water bill is considered a "LOCAL" utility payment. Select the "LOCAL" payment type, if
prompted.
Some portions of the system may ask you for a "Jurisdiction Code". The code for Easton Suburban Water
Authority is 4859.
The maximum transaction amount is $150. If your water bill amount is more than $150, you will need
to complete multiple transactions in order to pay it in full using the online services.
For each transaction, you will be prompted to approve the total amount of the charge, including the
service fee, in order to continue through the payment process.
You will be provided with a summary page showing your payment confirmation number and the total
amount of your transaction. Use the "Printer Friendly" button to print a copy of the page as a receipt
for your records.
Payment will be credited to your account within 2 (two) business days of the transaction date.
